Step 1: Go to https://www.indiapost.gov.in and scroll down to the Consignment Tracking page (Track N Trace) on the home page.

Step 2: Enter the Speed Post Number (Consignment Number) received via SMS, followed by the verification code displayed.

Step 3: Select the ‘Track Now’ option.

You will now be redirected to a page with your SBI ATM card dispatch information.

Step 1: Sign in to your SBI net banking account using your SBI online banking credentials. Password and Username

Step 2: Select e-Services Menu, then ATM Card Services (See the marked area in the below screenshot)

Step 3: Next, select ‘Request ATM/Debit Card.

Step 4: You will now see a screen with two tabs. Applying and Inquiring

Select the Enquiry tab. Then, from the list below, select the Account number provided at the time of the debit card application, followed by the ATM card application month.

Please keep in mind that the date range for card inquiry status should be 6 months from the current date.
Then press the Submit button.

You will now be redirected to a screen that displays the status of your SBI ATM Card Application.

If you cannot locate the status of your SBI ATM card or if the application was submitted more than six months ago, you can apply for a new ATM card here.

Within 14 days, you will receive your new ATM card via speed post. Check that the address you provided is correct. To verify the address, go to the ‘Profile’ menu on the left and select My Profile.

You can find your address there. When you opened the bank account, you were given these address details. So, if the address has changed, go to your branch and request an address change.

Only after you’ve updated your address should you submit a new ATM card application.
